It is the lessons learned, the challenges overcome, and the wisdom gained from decades of professional practice. By standing on the shoulders of these giants, we can see further, innovate better, and avoid past pitfalls.

 Candid conversations is an initiative to interview these stalwarts and to capture their experiences and insights; not just for today but for future generations.  Creating archives of these interviews will help preserve their legacy. It will allow us to learn from their journeys, be inspired by their achievements, and apply their wisdom in our own careers.
